I take my business very seriously, and I am passionate about what I do. Over the years, I have learned that clients have more or less the same set of expectations: to be fair, honest, pick up all phone calls, and promptly reply to emails and texts.

I run my business like a business, not a part-time hobby. I work diligently to treat each and every client as if he or she is my best and only client, because each of you should be honored and respected as such.

Working with clients is the best part of my job. So many have become my friends over the years, and I hope that every new client I work with walks away with a smile and a gratifying memory of the process. My goal is to make the sale of your home as seamless as possible.

I grew up in Manteca and have seen the population grow and the town expand to what it is today. I joined the real estate industry in 2007, at the beginning of the market crash, and obtained my broker’s license in 2016. My husband and I still live in Manteca, and my children (2) and grandchildren (3) are close by. Some of my favorite things include camping, wine tasting, riding quads, road trips, and spending time with my grandchildren.
