1) “EVERYTHING” from top to bottom, must be spotless! Clean major appliances (oven), windows, floors, skylights.

2) Bathrooms should shine. Keep it clean and toilet lid down.

3) Place Vanilla Scented plug-in air fresheners throughout the house.

4) Declutter!! Clear kitchen counters of small appliances and other items.

5) Depersonalize!! Remove family photos and allow buyers to visualize themselves living there.

6) Clean out and organize closets and garage.

7) Make sure the front entrance is inviting. Paint the front door if needed. Stage and decorate the entrance and maybe add some flowers.

8) Keep front and back yards neat and tidy. Keep lawns mowed and weeds pulled. Store items out of sight that makes the yard look messy. Decorate and stage patio.
