Who I am
Carolyn Cardoza, REALTOR® and Broker Associate with Realty 1 Team, CA DRE #00708846, runs this website and the forms on it. This page explains what information I collect, why, and what I do with it. It was last updated on November 3, 2026.
What I collect
Only what you choose to type in. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- A property address
- Details about a home, such as bedrooms, what you think it's worth, or what's owed on it
- The questions you type into the chat helper
I also see general visit information, such as which pages people view, what kind of device and browser they use, and which link brought them here. That information describes the visit, not you by name.
I don't ask for your Social Security number, bank account numbers or passwords, and you should never enter them in any of these forms.
Why I collect it
To do the job you asked for: answer your question, prepare for our meeting, show you your numbers, and follow up with you about buying or selling a home. I use the general visit information to see which pages are helpful and which are not.
Who sees it
- Me. What you send comes to me by email and goes into my contact program.
- The companies that run these tools for me. They handle your information only so the site works:
- Vercel hosts this website.
- RealtyJuggler is the contact program I use. It receives your name, email address, phone number, and message, and the message travels there through my Yahoo email account.
- Anthropic runs the AI behind the chat helper. It reads the questions you type in order to answer them.
- Google Analytics counts visits to the site.
- Visit counting, not ad tracking. This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not use a Facebook/Meta pixel and does not track you for advertising. Like most websites, it uses basic cookies so pages work properly, and Google Analytics uses cookies too.
- No one else. I never sell your information. I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Calls and texts
If you give me your phone number, I may call you about buying or selling a home. I will text you only if you tick the box on the form that says it's okay. You don't have to tick it to use any tool on this site. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
How long I keep it
As long as it's useful for helping you with a home, or as long as I'm required to keep real estate records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information you've given me. Email CarolynCardozaHomes@yahoo.com or call (209) 607-4865. You can also block cookies in your browser, or install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, to stop the visit counting.
Do Not Track
I don't track visitors across other websites, so this site doesn't change anything in response to a browser's "Do Not Track" setting.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update it here and change the date at the top. See also my Terms of Use.
